Stampin' Up! Legacy Room

For the past several years I have been able to travel to Riverton, Utah (about 30 min south of Salt Lake City) This is where the Stampin' Up! offices and distribution center are. The building is so beautiful and a great homage to the start of SU! in southern Utah. For this post I will concentrate on the legacy room. They have great "sets" that really show the decor line that we have and of course our stamp projects. Enjoy!

February 26th 6pm & Feb 27th 10am (attend one session): Jenison Bands CD Scrapbook Fundraiser

This is a fundraiser for the JHS Marching Band, all proceeds will go to the band! :) You will make your choice of style of project. Such as, JHS, birthday, Christmas, Baby, Sunny day, or vintage tailored style. $20, please contact by Feb 14th if you are interested.

February 27th 1pm-10pm: Scrappy Cats Crop at West Oakview Elem, in Northview School District, GR, MI. This is a fundraiser for the PTG.

March 14th 2pm: Well, you've asked for it and waited now it's here! The Sizzix BIG SHOT class. Just ordered your Big Shot? Thinking about it? Have another die machine and wonder if it will work with our dies? This is the class for you!!!! Cost is free if you purchased a Big Shot from me, $7 if you purchased a Big Shot from another demo, or $10 if you are a wisher of a Big Shot or have another non-SU! system made by sizzix or other company. The $10 is 100% refundable if you decide to take the plunge and order one the day of the class!!!

We will be making at least a couple of projects and I will demo tons of different things the Big Shot can do. Please let me know if you will be joining in the fun by March 7th.

New Catalogs!

Christmas Candles

Christmas Eve is HERE!  I really do love the Christmas time of year but it sure is a busy time.  Luckly I work in the "schools" so I am off for Christmas break, but my husband works at a church so it's the busy time of year for him.  Someday.....  

Anyway, the people that my hubby works with always gives little gifts to each other.  So I quick whipped up these candles.  They are Candy Cane Mint scented with a quick tag on the top.  I used the two tag die for the SU! big shot (great die to have, love it!) dressed it up with a stamp, candy cane, and ribbon.  When I make my candles I purchase the wax from Swan Creek Candles, the best soy wax ever.  Just melt and pour.  Easy Peasy!

Christmas Digital Pages

I have a new obsession (did I mention this is our second snow day in a row!!) and it's digital scrapbooking with SU!'s My Digital Studio.  Here are some Christmas pages that only took me minutes to create, so quick and still so cute!

This year I've decided to use SU!'s new My Digital Studio program to make my Christmas cards.  Ever since I had Zoë I've struggled with how to get her cute little on a cute hand stamped card.  So now I have the best of BOTH worlds!  So excited and I was truly easy to do.  Really!

My Digital Studio is available for purchase from my website  (click on website) for $79.95.  Don't let that price tag scare you it comes with TONS of digital designer papers, kits, stamps, punches, cardstock, embellishments.  I don't know the exact count off my head but it's got to be hundreds.  Plus there are additional downloads that will continue to come out that you can purchase ($3-$12 range approx) in the future.
