As You See It Challenge 

It's Friday and that means that it's time for a new challenge.  Check out this simple but yet practical design from Ms. Amanda.  Something about design on the bottom and words on the top just strikes me as elegant.

As You See It Challenge IS BACK!!!

Hello Everyone! 

Goodness it's been a while, a long long while.  Yes, I say that every time I take a break from blogging, but it's true.  I've been MIA from my blog for what seems like years, life was complicated, I wasn't into blogging at the time, so well, I set it aside for a while.  Now, I'm BACK and AYSI is BACK!  We had some technical AKA Hacking (okay, maybe not totally hacking, but that's what is basically was) on our actual challenge blog.  So we had to switch things around and re-group, twice!

Happy Mother's Day, say what?!?!  Yeah, it's early but I was SO excited about the SO SUCCLENT stamp set from Stampin' Up! that I had to use it.  It's fresh off the press along with the background papers.   

Who's ready for spring?  I know I am!  

New Year, NEW Challenge!  

Happy New Year!  This year the As You See It Challenge Blog is going strong.  Challenge #68 is up and live!!!  Don't forget to play along with us and link up your project on the AYSI blog.  

Here's the challenge for this week: 

Easy, right?  Well, only if you can tie bows.  ;)  

I STRUGGLED with tying bows on the bakers twine.  I could do it but they looked all crazy like.  Enter sequins.  Stampin' Up! came out with these great sequins that I use all the time.  They are a great filler!  I also used the everyday occasions card kit.  LOVE that you can make a ton of cards with it.  Plus, it's simple and comes with a flyer of ideas.

Whoot Another Week Another Challenge!  

Can you believe that summer is almost over.  Me either!  Where did it go?!?!  

This week's sketch is a quick one.  I should of times myself because I think I was under 10 min.  It's great for all those "Oh, my I forgot to make a card" moments.  

Simple and quick!  Of course I added my own twist on it by using circles.
